- I have primary lymphedema in both of my legs. I have struggled with lymphedema issue; self-esteem, health, doctors who didn't know what it was, etc. I want to help other people with lymphedema feel that they aren't alone and that we can take responsibility to manage our disease and lead happy and fulfilling lives.
